The property is divided into two parts by the main public path.

The upper part is mainly wooded, but has two large clearings, one about 80 meters wide, from which you have views of the surrounding mountains and into the distance.

The lower part is completely forested and has several small streams. The forests consist of bamboo and trees.

The plot has a slight slope from west to east, steep in places at the streams.

Location: The property is located on the Camino Fatima, about 4km from the asphalt on a paved dirt road. La Colmena with shopping facilities for daily needs is 6km away.

Infrastructure:
Along the way there is both 3-phase electricity, which has already been transformed, and a monophase high-voltage line where you can have your own transformer installed. The municipal water pipe with very clean water (under 20ppm) from a waterfall in the mountains is also located along the route.

Neighborhood
The residents along the dirt road on the way to the property are mainly Japanese farmers. Further along the path, there are both Paraguayan residents and Europeans.
