Landscape/Terrain
The property is mostly flat and slopes gently from the center toward both sides. Overall, it is situated on a hill, so flooding is not expected. It is located in the third row from PY08 (the road between Tebicuari and La Colmena). The property was used for fruit cultivation until 2023 and has not been used since then. The plants are still there.
