La partie inf\u00e9rieure est enti\u00e8rement bois\u00e9e et comporte plusieurs petits cours d'eau. Les for\u00eats sont compos\u00e9es de bambous et d'arbres.

Le terrain pr\u00e9sente une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pente d'ouest en est, parfois abrupte au niveau des ruisseaux.

situation :<\/strong> le terrain se trouve sur le Camino Fatima, \u00e0 environ 4 km de l'asphalte sur une route de terre stabilis\u00e9e. La Colmena, avec ses commerces de proximit\u00e9, se trouve \u00e0 6 km.

Le long du chemin se trouve \u00e9galement la conduite d'eau municipale avec une eau tr\u00e8s propre (moins de 20ppm) provenant d'une chute d'eau dans les montagnes.

Voisinage<\/strong>
Les riverains le long du chemin de terre qui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 sont principalement des agriculteurs japonais. Sur la suite du chemin, on trouve aussi bien des habitants paraguayens que des Europ\u00e9ens.
